To ensure optimum functionality, the TRUCK CGE 1001 road bridge scale is tailored to meet the needs of each customer. The weighbridges are available in standard lengths and in lengths to meet specific customer needs.

REPORT WEIGHING INFORMATION

The TRUCK CGE 1001 Road Weighing Scale is supplied as a partially or fully automated weighing system in accordance with the customer’s needs. Weighing information is managed using the SmarTruck truck weighing software based on Windows SQL

FULLY AUTOMATED SERIOUS SOLUTION

In the fully automated weighing version, the road bridge weighbridge is equipped with cameras that identify the vehicle or license plate and are integrated into the traffic control system used by the company. All the driver has to do is run the vehicle onto the weighbridge and the vehicle weight information is transmitted to the company’s system, which uses it for business purposes.

PARTIALLY AUTOMATED SERIOUS SOLUTION

Instead of a fully automated weighing solution, the road scale can also be used via a computer system, ID card system or terminal controller at the weighing station. In this case, the method of transferring weighing information is determined in accordance with the individual customer’s needs.

The easiest way to use the weighbridge computer program is for the driver to drive the vehicle onto the weighbridge and walk to a nearby computer, where he or she fills in the preliminary information and reads the weight on the computer connected to the weighbridge.

The RFID card system is the easiest way to automate a version of the road scale. Weight deduction and recording of additional information is done by showing the programmed identification card to a reader installed next to the weighbridge while the vehicle is on the scale. The ID card system can also be retrofitted with additional features such as access control and gate opening functionality.

The Scalex 1001 road scale system is often supplemented with a driver terminal. The functions of the driver terminal are selected in accordance with the customer’s needs. Weighing and vehicle information is recorded by the driver either manually using the terminal keypad or by showing an identification card to the card reader on the terminal. Depending on the specific weighing need, either a ticket is printed for the driver or the weighing data is transferred electronically to the company’s ERP or other system. If necessary, the weighing information can also be transferred to a computer in the vehicle being weighed.

The vehicle weight solution is always tailored to meet the needs of each customer. The overall solution can include additional features such as:
